What’s Next?

New customers can expect either a consultation over the phone or an in-person visit to make sure we understand your draft system and your needs.

We will gather your contact info for billing and a point of contact for our scheduler to send reminders when our technician will be coming to service your system.

You’ll receive an estimate for your installation, repair or cleaning work.

Your location will be scheduled for service by our scheduler. If the work is cleaning, a regular cleaning schedule will be arranged.

New customers will need to fill out and sign the Terms and Conditions agreement, and return it to Perfect Pour within 7 days of placing your first order. Details for the Terms and Conditions agreement are here.

The draft tech will invoice you at the time of service and you’ll receive the invoice in your email. Payments can be made online from the email or you can pay the tech with a check if this is more convenient for you.

We are so confident that you will have less beer wasted after we clean, we’re willing to offer a free 2 line cleaning to show you how great we are.
